The (Not-So-Grand) Reboot - Progress Report
Execution in Motion
I guess my game plan for executing The (Not-So-Grand) Reboot is no longer a secret. I had promised to share my entire workflow, but I ran into a few delays on some critical pieces of the puzzle. So, I’m using this newsletter to share my progress so far.
Building the Foundation
To start, I’ve launched a Facebook page to serve as the information hub for anyone who comes across our ads. Since running ads on Facebook requires a page (unless you're an agency), I knew it had to be well-structured and credible. I've already rolled out Facebook like campaigns to introduce it to the community and warm it up before launching heavier ad campaigns. While engagement has been lukewarm, I’m not focused on vanity metrics right now. The real goal is consistency, I need to establish a cadence for scheduling informative content about our services, industry insights, and helpful real estate tips. Automating these posts will ensure I maintain visibility for the brand without requiring constant heavy-lifting on my part.
Scaling Ad content creation with AI
To streamline the ad content creation process, I’ve leveraged AI-powered tools to generate user-generated content (UGC) ads. This will allow me to create and test multiple ad iterations fast, efficiently and ultimately help with me refined messaging and delivery techniques that resonates best with potential clients. Landing pages are also live, though they need some tweaks based on feedback from a friend who runs a social media agency for e-commerce brands. My goal is to have the ads running before my next newsletter so I can finally share the complete framework.
Expanding Outreach with Cold SMS
Beyond social media, I’ve implemented a cold SMS outreach campaign across multiple states to generate warm leads. The goal is similar to social media ads, getting conversations started. So far, I’ve had less than an hour of meaningful conversations with potential clients, but I can already see improvement in my confidence and cadence during calls. Mastering this skill will take time, but I’m committed to the process.
The Power of Community
There’s a saying: If you want to succeed, surround yourself with like-minded people who are either where you want to be or on the same journey. With that in mind, I’ve reconnected with one of the best real estate communities in the country, The Charged Up University, run by Chris Jefferson. I’ll share how this community’s infrastructure fits into my blueprint once all the moving parts are in place.
The Bigger Vision
At the core of this journey is learning and skill-building. My ultimate goal is to create a replicable lead-generation machine, one that can work in any industry, for any product, or service anywhere in the world. Right now, I’m documenting this journey in real-time—whether anyone is watching or not. My goal is to stay committed, show up every single day, and keep pushing until I achieve the success I envision.
